Sisters, Mandy Maibach and Jen Shirey are excited to take over the business. We are looking forward to meeting all the customers that have been working with Eric and Jen Steinman for the last 25 years. We will be keeping our location the same at 214 N. Bever St. In Wooster. For those of you that have worked with Eric in the past, we look forward to continuing the relationships that he’s built with you. We are also ready to meet some new faces and give you quality work and great customer service! Eric will be staying on with us for at least a year to teach us everything we need to know to continue to serve you.

*Get to know us*

Mandy is a 1995 Norwayne High School graduate. She is married to Scott Maibach (Norwayne Alum) and lives in Creston. They have a 21 year old daughter, Paige and a 16 year old son, Gavin. Mandy has been employed by many local companies, including FJ Designs, Certified Angus Beef and most recently Maibach Tractor in Sterling. Over the years, they have had many connections in Wayne County. Mandy’s husband, Scott was a local fireman and also an electrician for many years working with several local contractors. Their family has been involved with Wayne County and Ohio State 4H programs for several years. Scott recently was voted onto the Wayne County Senior Fair Board.

Jen is a 1999 Norwayne High School graduate. She is married to Bryan Shirey (Wooster Alum) and also live in Creston. They have a 13 year old daughter, Raegan and a 9 year old son, Kason. Jen has been a hair stylist for the past 20 years in Medina County and Wayne County. Her husband, Bryan works for Bogner Construction and is also a football coach for Norwayne High School. He also has spent years with the youth baseball and football programs in the Norwayne community. Bryan is also a United States Marine Corp Veteran.

Their father, Tom McKenzie, was the athletic director at Norwayne for several years. He also coached football for 17 years and baseball for several years. After leaving Norwayne, he coached football at the College of Wooster.

Their mother, Sally McKenzie, works for the Wayne County Fair and many local and well known auctioneers. Primarily, Dave and Jed Acker.
